My bird died 5 hours later after their treatment. I miss my pet. If the staff could not fix the problem can ask me bring my pet to see a better doctor. But why kill my pet?! The staff told me will be fix after 2 days but my pet died!

Had so much knowledge, some beautiful and well looked after birds (that’s all I cared about - oops) and were so helpful with even setting us on the correct path to getting the right help our birds needed that we’d obtained from another pet store and were declining.Amazing staff, amazing environment, beautiful birds!

Brought a baby cockatiel from here a year ago. The baby still needed formula which wasn't the problem. It was clipped severely before it could even fly or got a chance to fledge. As the baby got older it would always try to fly to get to me and always fell straight to the ground broke all his tail feathers and each time it would grow back he would rebreak them again. Poor thing is so unbalanced and uncoordinated it's been a year and his never learnt how to fly. His a disabled bird and messed up mentally. I think it should be left to the new owners to clip out not. Do not support a store that does such cruel things like this.

I had 1 love bird and I bought 3 more and those 3 were very good one named me bombastic and another named blue,berry and berry died and then they gave me a lovebird for half price

Wow what an amazing place and such helpful staff. We had been looking out for a pet bird for a while now and just dropped in there by chance and picked up our new baby. The staff gave us thorough instructions and demonstrated how to hand feed the bird. Thank you so much for your help ;)

Just bought a major Mitchell cockatoo from John today. Very beautiful healthy bird, and the price is reasonable. John is really helpful and gave us lots of info about raising a cockatoo.

What a amazing store the staff were just fantastic and so welcoming and friendly they set up a beautiful fish tank for my son’s first fish and took out a gorgeous bird for him to see what a amazing experience and it made my son so happy.please take your kids there to admire the wonderful birds and talk to the amazing staff. Thank you so much for your amazing service and making my son so happy

John (the owner) is just the best, he gives you the best advices, supports you anytime and look after all the animals in his shop in the most caring / professional way- I would only buy birds from him/ he made us one happy family ❤️

I love this pet store. Every members are friendly and love the bird. It’s almost one year since we get this beauty to my family, perfect partner with kids and quiet accompany while working from home. They are my true family members.The reason that I rate 5 stars is all that benefits as above are based on John and his team’s full of love and professional pet treatment approaches.I want to say thank you, all the best the living jungle.
