Women beware. Rolled in with a puncture, spoke to the manager and asked for 4 brand new tyres. Was quoted a total of $1,200 for 4 average branded tyres which I almost committed to as I was desperate to get to work and couldn’t drive much further on the flat.Decided to call two competitors up the road who both quoted me under $700 total for the exact same tyres and a wheel alignment!Thought the blonde in a dress and heels wouldn’t know she was being ripped off. Pays to shop around ladies (and gents)..

Great support and as a wheelchair user, the team at GY Albion made my experience to get my car fixed, a simple and very friendly experience. I cant thank them enough for their support of me.

Wonderful friendly service. I went to GoodYear Albion to have my tyres checked. The Gentleman that served me was very obliging, checking all my tyres there and then. He suggested a switch around which he completed for me quickly. I was very grateful for his outstanding customer service.

Got a big service, some minor repairs and tyres done here. The customer service was great and the car is running better. They also went above and beyond in finding me a spare tyre which had been missing from the car. I'd had trouble finding one in the past and they were able to sort it out. These guys took damn good care of me. I was scheduled for a service last Tuesday when the breaks went on my car on Sunday night. I had RACQ tow my car here and Monday morning Steve called to ask if it was my vehicle. I was prepared to wait till my allocated time but the boys got in there and got the job done by COB Monday. No dramas, no complaints, just great service. Really appreciated being able to rely on these guys and drove away feeling a lot safer. They called before carrying out any repairs and were transparent about cost etc and delivered as promised. Very happy.

Our company van unexpectedly needed a big service and we were so impressed the team at Goodyear auto care Albion completed thus service in a day allowing our van to be back in the road so we could operate our business ..

Very expensive service, brought one of their voucher for $169 and got charged another $260 for a normal service (because oil and parts are not included in the voucher), that's more expensive than what I pay at the dealer. I don't mind pay more money for a excellent service, however, the service was no difference from any other Mechanic and it's just make me feel like such an idiot with their voucher scam. It's such a dodgy way to run a business and it's just gonna make them look bad. Won't be coming back again despite there are plenty of 'value' left on my voucher. Because it will just cost more money to use the voucher with all the hidden charges. People need to be informed about how much are the extras so they can decide if this is good for them. I wish them best of luck and hope them can do thing right in the future.

Great service, called in the morning, had all 4 new tires fitted by the afternoon and for a great price. Very friendly honest staff. Would 100% recommend and return myself. Thanks guys!
