Downtown Nail Spa

This is my first time getting my nails done in Melbourne, and Annie did an amazing job! I am very satisfied with her work, and she understood my needs perfectly. In addition, they played great music during my session. I will definitely come back here when I visit Melbourne again. Thank you so much, Annie! You are absolutely amazing!

I really like this place! Having moved interstate 3 times in the last 3 years, I'm sad that I can't find anywhere in Brisbane that compares! Every time I visit Melbourne, this is my first stop. I don't think I've ever been disappointed. There are so many new colours, but I love today's look!

updated: a part of it just broke today. I have done nothing but playing video games with a keyboard in my seat (zero housework) like what I have been doing everyday. it's clearly the gel didn't have good quality and wasn't layered enough. Look at photo and you be the judge.og:for the price of what I'm getting, I'm on an ok level of satisfaction, since they could have added one more layer to make the yellow ones less translucent, and as you see the yellow flame on the long fingers are uneven, however their price is pretty ok and the nail shape was 5/5, I'll take it.the indoor environment is just your typical street shop that has some chemical smelling but is ok to bear along for less than 2 hours.Also it's kinda weird that when the female staffs are working, they are talking in their own language non-stop so it's kinda disturbing...HOWEVER when a pair of white customers (I remember that was a mother asking for SNS and kid wants nail art gel with cherry for nail art) walked in they significantly dropped this behaviour and actually started to talk to customers, even after they finished communicating about nail designs, the staffs stop talking endlessly in their language... so they know it's inappropriate? I guess asian customers were not supposed to be respected then...

Got SNS nails done today and they did such an amazing job. Extremely professional service. They do get a lot of footfall though so I would recommend booking an appointment in advance. Extremely reasonably priced too :)

I’m from Sydney! I don’t usually get my nails done but I do have enough experiences to say what’s good what’s not. I was in Melbourne for a getaway trip for a week last week and I was looking to treat myself to some cute mani and pedi. It’s my first time getting nails done at this place. I don’t have enough pedi experiences to say what’s good but…I did enjoy my experience there. Most importantly my hands and feet never felt this beautiful. The nail technician who served me was real patient! I’m definitely a returning customer when I ever come back to this city. It was only my second time in melb after all.

Last few weeks went to this place wanna redo my nails and even I had a reservations I still sit there for 30minutes no one start to remove my nails and I saw them still keep on let the new customer come in so I leave.Today I went again to redo shellac plain color matte top without manicure on my own short nail no extensions can you believe that I’ve been told to pay for $55??? I was like how can I pay that expensive for the remove and redo plain shellac color?? I think you guys should let customer know the price before we start right?? Also for the most important thing is the staff always talking to their colleagues using their own language and you don’t even know are they talking about your bad. To be honest not worth to pay for $55 for this hand work too. It’s was a really terrible experience.

Fabulous! The nail artists are experienced and they do a great job! Been going to this place for almost 5 years on and off due to travel and highly recommend it.

First time getting my nails done here, I was served by Jenny! She was really great and paid close attention to detail. Would recommend!

Best gel nails I have had. The quality is amazing and the gel nails actually have lasted 2+weeks. Good service. Small shop so it is easy to miss!
