This is a fantastic local game store for anyone in the area to attend. Everyone is more than welcoming, and are happy to help newcomers as well as cater to well versed gamers. Spend a few Fridays here and you'll be accepted as one of the crew, no matter how long a hiatus you take.

Came to Next Level Gaming because they have Pokémon tournaments and my son is keen to play. Good vibes, owners were professional and respectful when helping the kids handle dispute in matches. Definitely be bringing my boy here to practice his game next year.EDIT: Back again in the new year. There are roughly 6-10 people who come to play Pokémon here. Many others who come and just open packets together with friends.

Rocked up on a Saturday, having never played Final Fantasy. Was taught the game by a very friendly, patient and welcoming group of awesome gamers. Entered the tournament Saturday afternoon, got smashed, but had a great time!

Awesome!!! The most friendly staff I've come across (especially after visiting other stores in the pakenham area). My daughter and girlfriends kids big me to go back every week!!Every single person (staff and players) were always happy to accommodate to help them learn how to play the pokemon trading card game ☺️.Definitely a new weekly activity for me and the kids. Couldn't hope for friendlier staffAlways an absolute pleasure

Not a safe or friendly environment for younger players.i have no idea what this response means. i don't know this person the owner is referring to. all i know is my son recieved a suspension from school today for being racist and he says he learned it from older boys playing cards.
