Called this morning to amend and online order and the girl who answered the phone was so friendly and had amazing customer service. She was actually happy to help - which you don’t get to experience much these days. Has made me into a return customer. A staff member to be valued.

I have the Joolz AER via The Amazing Baby Company. Firstly, service was absolutely amazing, delivery was super quick, and the product, well, where do I begin. I am a quality and value nutcase and I think the Joolz AER is the best pram on the market. Super light, but sturdy, and the one hand open and fold is a God send. This size is amazing as it only takes up a tiny part of my boot or tucks behind the driver seat. Perfect size for cafes as it doesn’t take up too much space, or you can fold down and put under your table to get it out of peoples way.Other features of this pram I absolutely love include the canopy which unzips to extend so I can see through the breathable mesh to baby as she sleeps. I love that the seat liner is easily removable for cleaning, saving the cost of buying a liner for accidents. I can push it with one hand, so there is no pressure or strain on my wrists on walks. I own a second very expensive pram which I now no longer use as I find the AER ticks all the boxes for functionality & style. It's classified as a Travel" pram

I don’t usually write reviews, but the service I received to ensure I had received the extended warranty was above and beyond! Thank you! I bought my second Citi mini GT2 baby jogger and hadn’t loaded the right data to receive my extended warranty a lovely lady called me and when she knew I didn’t have the time, she called the shop I made the purchase from and organised it for me! I didn’t think anyone in the world offered service like that any more! Thank you again from one very satisfied customer.

Amazing! 2 weeks out from having our bub I realised we had lost one of our pram bassinet adaptors. Ordered online in the morning and then called their sales team and spoke to a helpful girl who marked the order as Urgent. The item was being processed by Australia post within the next couple of hours, and I received the item within 3 business days.

I can not praise this company enough. I have purchased two Joolz products from them including the Geo 2 and the Aer. They ship extremely fast and are super helpful with any questions i had. The new Joolz Aer is so light and compact you can unfold it with one hand!! Here is the kicker i also just found out that the Joolz Geo 2 can be converted into a dual pram for when you are ready for bub #2 !!!Thank you to Kristy in particular.Regards,April
