Highlands Medical Centre

I’m complete heart broken by my experience at this centre. I’ve suffered an injury and have chronic pain. Dr Mahhamad Usman has been so unhelpful and even to the point of not believe me.If you have a work cover issue please do not come to this clinic and see him! There is no patient and doctor alliance or support. The most hurtful thing is when you’re already in a lot of physical pain and you get accused of begin made to be a liar! I’ve needed the upmost support during this time and his assistance has made it even worse for me physically but very much so mentally. I shouldn’t be made to be a liar when getting out of bed is a task due to my pain as is, based on the X-ray begin normal. Please please do yourself a favour and do not see him if you’re experiencing pain, he will manage it on his terms not on what you telling him.

Highly satisfied with this medical clinic! Dr Usman is very thorough with advice and medical treatment. He is a great doctor and staff are also helpful and kind. Wouldn't go elsewhere thanks for the amazing service!

Stay far away from Dr Jamsheer. My story is too long to post here. The short version is, I went to her with a persistant headache, I ended up in emergency the next day when my symptoms got extremely worse and i couldnt walk, hear, throwing up and my headache got extremely worse. Upon release i went back to this so called doctor and she told me to go back to the hospital to get my certificates and she couldn't treat me anymore. 4 months later, i found out I had several strokes.

I am visiting this clinic since 2020 and Dr Muhammad Usman is extremely polite and knowledgeable. He provides you with a right care and attitude towards your health. Front desk girls (especially Nadia and a nurse Hardeep) are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. At the start 1 or 2 reception ladies were not that polite but their current staff is highly helpful. Dr Muhammad Usman always go out of his way to fit me and my family in with his busy daily appointments whenever I need my regular prescribed medication on urgent basis. I would highly recommend this clinic!! Thankyou to the wonderful team.

Myself and whole family including our kids have been seeing Dr.Usman for nearly 2.5 years now. Having been in Melbourne for nearly two decades, I have never come across a genuine and caring doctor as Dr.Muhammad Usman. He really cares for his patients, listens to the issue, does everything to ensure that the issues are cared for and patient is satisfied before they go out the door. He is always accomodating, always appreciative of emergencies and never disappoints in his skill that is finding and treating the issue at hand. Hands down the best doctor who goes above and beyond for his patients. The centre itself is pretty good too and we have always been treated with a smile from the nurse as well as the pathology.

Well maintained medical centre, friendly staff and great doctors. I see Dr Usman and he is so kind and gentle. I’ve dearth with the receptionists especially one by the name Lina/Lena she is so professional and attentive

Absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Highlands Medical centre, the receptionist are always so helpful. Also in particular Dr Khan, Dr Akhter and nurse Hardeep are the best! The doctors actually listen, and provide insightful advice and guidance. Nurse Hardeep was very gentle with my son, and made him feel comfortable. Thank you so much for being there for my son and trying to help us work things out.

Dr Moradi is the least helpful doctor I have ever met. In 3 months she denied me a procedure which her trained eye should have seen was needed - my two kids she has known for one year and refused to sign their fighting pass for a karate tournament. They have lost weight since their last visit and she didn’t even bother checking what’s changed to see if they could compete. She stifles one’s health. Don’t forget to make regular appointments to say hello or she won’t do anything for you - even if you are unhealthy ! The worst of her kind.

Wonderful experience. Dr Muhammad Usman is very caring and helpful. Glad to have found a GP that is always happy to help. Great receptionist and management staff. 10/10 thank you highlands.

What a shame!!!! I don't know how the doctor has certified? From where she got her degree? Bad experience for my all family members. DR.Ashwaq doesn't know how to talk with the patients. My mum asked her to see her throat she is in severe pain and couldn't sleep whole night but the doctor was asking to go get tested even though she did it at home and came negative twice.
