Swimwear Galore Geelong

Awful experience this morning. The older woman with glasses. Extremely rude, unfriendly and incredibly unhelpful. Do you want sales? How about help a new mum out with alt options and with her new body. So rude. The young dark haired girl was friendly and assisted me in the changeroom after I had to try and find something suitable. Walked out feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, more of a nuisance and empty handed. The older lady needs a course in customer service or she needs to go.

Customer service is non existent. Very frustrating to have to get redressed just to ask someone to assist you. When I did approach a salesperson, she looked at me like I was disturbing her. Not short staffed, 3 girls doing other things just not serving customers.I would have purchased an expensive pair of bathers today if I had some service, instead I walked out and left them all hanging in the change room.

I had to call this store at 9.06AM today to have it open its doors. I was met by a standoffish mature lady who had an extremely unpleasant demeanour. Her presence made me feel uncomfortable. She thought stocktaking and merchandising was more important than a customer. I had no offer of assistance while trying on different bathing suits. I was going to walk out without purchasing when the lovely tall lady with the Russian accent saved my experience with her customer service and friendly attitude. I spent over $450 instore only because of her. Please train the small mature woman with the Aussie accent for customer service and how to prioritise work. Please put some music on for ambience. Get rid of grumpy unhappy people who are full of their on self importance and then maybe I will come back for a 5 star review.

Took my wife to buy bathers, very large range as well as dresses ,hats etc very extensive range, my wife was pleasantly surprised how big the shop was.

The worst experience in a store. The sales women do not greet you or look friendly at all. They stare at you and then ignore you and continue doing their work. When you ask them for a size, where the change room is and if you can try things on, it’s like you are being a nuisance to them. The sales women here have a very arrogant tone. Save yourselves the trouble and do not visit this store.

The staff need an extensive customer service training! Starting from the store manager!At some point I felt I have been yelled at by the staff! They successfully made me feel I bought my swimsuit for free, even though I spent over $120! Apparently they don't care about the customers, and I think the reason is the manager herself, or whoever that grumpy woman in the store!

Hmm was contemplating going into the store today. But after reading the reviews I think I will save myself the trip. Had to give a one star otherwise could not had written anything. Thank God for the reveiws, you saved me a trip

No offer for assistance. Minimal customers in store- they were not busy. Requested a particular bikini top and sales assistant just shrugged her shoulders and said get a one piece. I was not there to shop for a one piece. Change rooms are very exposed compared to Fitzroy store. For a beachside store expected more assistance/ options/ knowledge of stock.

Good range of products. Awful customer service - both in person & on the phone. Only go here if you know what you want or are happy to self-serve. They'll ignore you, refuse to help find an item, and even be rude.

Easy find, so many sizes to chose from. Left very happy and confident in my purchases :) highly recommend visiting the shop if you’re in Geelong.
