Have a problem with alarm system. rang the number and get told they only work Monday to Thursday. well my system has been beeping non stop and I can't turn it off.No number for 24hr security service or problems.THANKS FOR NOTHING. Great service! I bought a new house and it had a number of exisiting systems installed by Valet (alarm, video intercom, ducted vacuuming). I've dealt with Tony twice now and have been impressed with his prompt and helpful service. Thank you. Highly recommended!

The hose on my ducted vaccuum was blocked. Robin was very helpful and cleared the hose almost immediately. A great local business. I'll definitely be back. Thanks for your help.

Engaged Valet to enhance our domestic security system. Service was both timely and professional.

Required a service call charged about 163 dollars. For call out inc some time asked to look at 2 systems and see if needed new parts etc . Found only problem was not turned on from old repairer. Asked to install new key pad and quote. Asked to check codes etc tested the front system but forgot testing the garage system. Couple days later walked into garage. Alarm went off but would not turn off or accept normal code.Rang back said could not turn off alarm would not accept code.Asked how much to reprogram that panel he said new call out fee 163 -4 dollars effectively new service call.I asked how much is the hourly rate he replies 93 dollars then a small break no 132 dollars. I say what’s the difference between the two rates. He Tony hangs up on my call.I ring back and say we got disconnected.Yes I say but you are still working on my system in getting a new touch panel.So do you really think you should charge a new service call for something you have allready investigated but did not check ie being the password on the garage alarm. Hi replied yes. .I can provide another persons phone number to do your work….End result a waste of time asking for assistance, did not think should have to pay a new first time fee when was here just a number of days before and asked him to check the codes and alarm numbers including the SIM cards , he removed the SIM cards but did not check the back garage codes as requested.In summary would not use this man’s services. Seems money hungry .Ok paying for time but not two first consultations on same job within a few days of each other.Also asked to discuss further but again hung up on me .Make up your own mind. But that’s my distasteful experience.

Had a vacuum hose (from ducted system) that stopped sucking properly, took it in store to buy a replacement. Tony was able to identify that it was just a blockage and got it unstuck for me. Great customer service. Would recommend!

Tony and Robyn were amazing! After being disappointed with what the builder had supplied in our home, Robyn was happy to assist us in doing an upgrade. Their whole philosophy was to make sure their clients are happy and to assist in any way possible. The service was fast, efficient and very professional. They helped me to go from deflated and disappointed to really happy. Tony was so pleasant and so friendly when assisting with me with the upgrade at my home. He took the time to show me how it all works. I highly recommend Valet. After going through a tumultuous building experience over the last two and a bit years, it was refreshing to do business with a company who actually care. Highly recommend! Thank you...
