Said they would be there after 1pm. The technician rang at 1:10 to say he'd arrive in 20 minutes, which he did. He was very polite and friendly. Quick to work and diagnose the problem. He located a replacement part, went to collect it, then repaired my fridge all within a couple of hours. Extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and openess. Great job Abbotts!

From the moment I initiated first contact through a phone call, Abbotts Refrigeration demonstrated professional and prompt service. A technician came out to my home within 48 hrs of my request.I was contacted on the morning of, to obtain my confirmation I still wished the technician to come out, and once confirmed, a time frame window of only 2 hrs, rather than a half a day, was given advising when the technician would be arriving to have a look at my fridge.The technician arrived within that 2 hr window as promised. The technician was also professional and prompt. I was both grateful and impressed with his knowledge and advice, especially since I had underlying concerns that I could possibly be ripped off or taken for a ride. He was honest about price and have me genuine advice which didn't financially benefit Abbotts, but benefitted me as the customer. He even knocked a decent amount off of the call out fee, which I am also very grateful for.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Abbotts to close family, friends, work colleagues, or where appropriate, strangers at my local grocery store.
