I’ve been coming to Penna’s for many years and not once has the customer service ever faltered. The ladies at the counter and around the store are welcoming and warm and the pharmacists even take the time to go through any instructions with you so you’re clear. Big shout out to all the staff at Penna’s, you always bring a smile to my face.

Well deserved all 5 starsI received assistance from the lovely lady Danella, who was quite helpful and provided some excellent recommendations regarding the products and fragrances. All of my gratitude goes to her, I absolutely love my facial care products and the perfumes she recommended. Coming back for sure!!

Many of the workers are well experienced, patient and fast workers, they have great stock and are hard workers, some of them are able to work with customers how don't speak English and talk their language.
