Coles Cannon Hill

The shop is a Coles. As expected. Car park design is dangerous. When they re-did them, they should have had a pedestrian walk along the closest part and moved traffic through the bottom of the car park. Having the big pillars right next to the pedestrian crossings makes it very difficult to see any pedestrians that are coming into the mix. Also pedestrians doesn't have a good view for the approach.

Great place to do a fast shop, but had run out of Dotties biscuits and pineapple poppers.

Clean store. Friendly helpful staff. Just opened much larger self service area.

On the day I shopped there, a Saturday, the stock levels of fresh food were low - No chicken breast or Salmon fillets. Hopefully the manager will address this issue

The staff at Coles Cannon Hill are always so helpful and professional. I’m writing this review for one staff member in particular, Today I witnessed an awful customer argue over the price of bread rolls, I couldn’t believe how rude he was! He was loud, aggressive and absolutely in the wrong. When he walked away he was swearing and I asked the staff member if she was ok, she was so polite and professional, I just felt so bad for her, no body deserves to be treated like that. She did a fantastic job dealing with that awful guy, but I feel she shouldn’t have had to deal with it in the first place.Natalie I hope that this review adds a bit of positivity to your day.I’m sure management appreciate what goes on with these types of customers and support their staff with the strength and care that they deserve.Consumers need to remember to abide by common policies and remember that ABUSE IS NOT OK.All the best Natalie, and thank you for your amazing services. Great place to shop. Excellent parking. Love the fresh bread section.

It's a Coles. Decent size but not huge, so the range is good but not great. Light and bright and usually not a huge line up for service.
