J-rods gym is one of the best in Ballarat! Not only is it super affordable, but Jarrod and the other gym members are really friendly and supportive. No one there judges you, no matter what your fitness level there is something there that suits everyone!!! 100% would recommend this gym.

Love this gym!!! Great atmosphere - Lots of space, everyone is friendly and respectful. Huge selection of equipment, clean, orderly and great for both groups or just working on yourself. Best gym in Ballarat!

Great gym located in a good area of Ballarat. Staff are very friendly and supportive towards all customers. The facilities are always clean and the equipment is functional. I would recommend anyone wanting to go to a welcoming and fun gym to try out JROD.

Amazing gym!!! Friendly atmosphere- All members come here for the owner and members. Everyone is super nice and takes the time to get to know you. Huge selection of equipment, clean, orderly and the owner will always have your back. Best gym in Ballarat!

Old gym, rusty, grease everywhere, owner is weird, ended my membership after 3 months because it was just boring and not up to standard like D2E or Anytime. 0/10.

Fantastic privately owned gym. I’m by no means a “gym” person but Jarrod has made me feel welcome from the moment I began earlier this year. Very friendly vibe! Massive range of equipment, which Jarrod happily helps nuffies like me to use safely.

This is a great gym with a great bunch of friendly people doing and after the same result, if you have any questions Jarrod is there to help, and he is great bloke. The amenities are clean and tidy, and the equipment is in great working condition. Keep up the great work.

Great owner with lots of knowledge, great service, equipment is kept in great working order, always clean and the other members have been great always up for a chat. I also have a soft spot for flex best gym mascot ever!

Such a fantastic gym. I have been going to Jrod fitness for a few years now and absolutely love it! I would recommend Jrod especially for those who may feel a little nervous about the gym, as it has a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere.
