Beach Holiday Apartments
We have stayed here on a couple of occasions. It's well located - close to the beach and shops. There is plenty of room for the kids to play out the back. The apartments are comfortable, especially the king (??) bed. Recommend for families or groups. Would happily stay there again.

We booked directly with David who was very pleasant. We got the Spa room and it was a cold night (8c) so we were worried the spa would not be hot enough but it was fantastic and really hot. The room was a large Granny Flat style portable that was new, clean and not too precious for kids to relax in. Our Spa Room had a balcony all the way along the front with beach chairs and faced the grassed courtyard with picnic tables which would be perfect for young kids. Its a couple of hundred metre from the beach,Rye Pier, and the Rye Hotel too. Not super fancy, just really easy and would be a great fun place to stay in the summer

Friendly staff and great accommodation for the money paid during peak season.Good off street parking with keyless entry to apartment. Close to main street shops and foreshore beach.Only let down by chaulking to shower recess which was coming away in places. Otherwise great family spot.Would recomend and rebook.

Good, simple and clean, great for a short stay. Note second room is 2x bunk beds, if you're tall not so good. Great for kids.

This place is a disaster. We booked over 2 months in advance and initially requested to change our booking by one day. We were asked to pay an additional $100 which we agreed to. After several emails to confirm the change we finally got a call on the day of stay to inform us that the booking had not been moved and now the had no vacancy leaving us only hours to find new accommodation (with 2 small children). To make matters worse we have been chasing them for a refund even though they agreed in writing to refund us. We then found a second charge on our credit card for who knows what and as of writing we still have no refunds on either charge after over a month of chasing them and have to take it up through our banks. An absolute disgrace. Do your self a favour and stay somewhere else.

Beautiful place, amazing location. Booked the whole place out for Easter and the owners were very accommodating and helpful. Close to the beach and very cosy cabins. Highly Recommend this place. Have booked out the place again in January for a week. Keep up the good work Kerry and team.

Fantastic place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. Alex was a great host and was very accomodating and made our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it and stay again. Close to shops and beach within walking distance

Great apartment room, very spacious, ideal accommodation for staying down in the Mornington Peninsula. Couple of hundred metres out of Dundas St takes you to the bus stop and right next to it is Rye Beach. Woolworths is fairly close, a kilometre east along the Nepean Hwy, everything you need to stock up on is available there. Great place, would probably go back there again if I had the opportunity. TIP: take or rent a car, it really makes the whole stay and trip a better experience, considering the weather is very unpredictable at times.
