Narellan Pools Pakenham

Having done a complete build, can only say the pool with Narellan was a nightmare. Alex was very nice on getting us to sign however it then went from bad to worse. Difficult to deal with. Told off by him for not topping up pool which he stated was due to evaporation in midde of winter, when it was actually a leaking valve causing the issue. Unwarranted accusations. Glad its over but wouldnt use him again.

We have just completed our pool build with Narellan Pools Gippsland, and we couldn't be happier! Alex was so easy to deal with and had answers to all of our questions. Jill in the office has been fabulous to deal with. When it came to install site manager Joel and the rest of the crew were fantastic. Very efficient and kept us in the loop at all times. All in all it was a very seamless and easy process. We have and will continue to recommend Alex and his awesome team to anyone looking to install a pool.

Narellan Pakenham was recommended by my in laws for our pool, and after our experience I can see why! The whole process went so smoothly, great communication from the whole team, and the pool looks fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them, I’d definitely recommend them. We contacted Narellan Pools (Alex) and within days he was with us discussing options for our block/site. We choose what we thought would suit, he priced it and advise when they could complete works. We tried another company just to get comparison on pricing / design etc. However, we didn't like pool design and wasn't any cheaper. Just felt right dealing with Alex. So, we agreed on deal. They advised start time and yes, started on time and within 5 working days pool was completed, filled and operationally ready. The whole process was outstanding, Joel (Alex's construction Mgr) and his construction team were again so nice during construction to answer any questions. Very professional from start to finish. The whole team was very approachable from Jill to Alex to Joel on site. The work was completed on time as promised and post completion services was excellent. They were very flexible and honest throughout and definitely would recommend them.

Took us a while to get formal approval from our bank but so far Alex the installer has been great. He held the price and added extras for us. We have had a heap of questions from the builder but and he always answered his phone and got us the info we needed strait away. Look forward to the next step getting the pool installed!

I was totally disappointed when my phone enquiry was dismissed and they offered no help. If we were going to buy a pool I wouldn't ever approach Narellan Pools Gippsland again.

Overall we’ve been extremely happy with our experience with the Narellen Gippsland team. They did an amazing job to coordinate the build and have it done as quickly as possible for us to enjoy the last few weeks of pool worthy weather! Huge thank you to Alex and his wonderful hardworking team!
