Did the HIIT TRAINING session with Daniel and I have to say he definitely put us through the work, a great constructed program which catered to my needs. Daniel is one of the best in the business with a range of knowledge and a good understanding of all his clients no matter the ability.If you’re looking to get in shape while having a lot of fun Daniel is the man to do it with!
