Awful experience here when attempting to exchange a gift - bought in box and bag with receipt. Despite meeting the clear gift exchange policy on their website, this shop refused to complete the return 'because of COVID'. Advised me to drive to Southland (over an hour drive away) to where the gift was purchased 'to see what they can do for you'. I've now contacted central Angus & Coote management as this store didn't abide by company policy, wasted my time, and the staff were rude and unhelpful.
