Zone Bowling Penrith - Ten Pin Bowling, Laser Tag, Arcade

Thank you Emily B for making Ali’s Birthday at Zone bowling so special. You were great the kids and did a wonderful job organising the party. He was a happy boy. Thanks again for being so awesome, we love our zone bowling birthdays thanks to the amazing staff like you!!

We just had my sons 10th birthday party at Zone Bowling Penrith and the day was great!Our party host - Jasmine S was excellent.She took them over to the lanes, then off to laser tag, the arcade and finally off for lunch.We didn’t have to lift a finger.She even kept all the boys in line!I highly recommend a party at Zone Bowling Penrith. Thank you Jasmine

I came in today and was served by Farleen and she had excellent manners and was very respectful to me and my friends. Probably the best customer service i have received from anywhere i've been in the past year. So glad to see employees at Zone Bowling still being the best, like Farleen.

Georgia H and Emily B did a great job of running my 9 yr olds party today. The hosts were very polite and professional and explained everything I needed to know along the way. They did a great job wrangling 15 boys who all had a great time! I would highly recommend it as a party venue, as the parent there.was nothing for me to do which was wonderful.

My host was Austin and he was spectacular!! My kids loved him as he was a happy outgoing man. He brought the apple and orange juices on time and he sung happy birthday very well.

We just had my sons 9th birthday at Zone Bowling Penrith. Him and his friends did have fun however things could of been better. Our host during bowling was missing when required. My sons vest and/or laser wasn't working during laser tag and when we brought this to the host attention that his score was still on zero she went in the fix it but the session was almost over. She said that my son should of told her it wasn't working but he said he couldn't see her in the space (and surely it is her job to make sure it is working) so this was disappointing. She said she would just tell him that the lowest score wins (um he isn't a fool). When I asked if they could have another turn considering the party boys laser and or vest was faulty during most of the game I was simply told no". The host spent most of her time talking with the other host during the meal so had to get her attention for refill drinks etc.As I said my son did have fun but I for the money I expected more."

We had a great time celebrating Austin’s 8th birthday today. Emily was a fabulous host wrangling some crazy boys and making sure everyone had a great day.

Jasmine.S was a fantastic host for my Daughters 7th Birthday! Jasmine was great with all the kids and kept them engaged throughout the whole party. I’d highly recommend a bowling party to others!

Quite a big venue with bowling and arcade games. Staff were very friendly and helpful but the bowling machine does need some repair work. We tried several different bowling lanes and each one has issues registering which pins had been knocked or not knocked. The food is as expected, pricey and not that great.
