Staff needs to be aware of all the colours they offer. The lady tried to find a similar colour to the one I wanted in the photo. As soon, I was moved for a pedicure, I noticed that they had two frames dedicated to “jelly nails” which had the EXACT same colour I wanted? I feel unsatisfied knowing that the colour I originally wanted was actually offered.

After looking at the reviews on this place I decided to give it a go as I have just moved into the area, and unfortunately I wasn't overly impressed with the service I received today.1- I called to make a booking this morning for 1pm. When I got to the nail salon, the girls were completely clueless. I would suggest having a proper appointment book for those who wish to make an appointment where you take down their name and number.2 - When I show a design I don't expect it to be exact but something similar. If the techs can't do it, I would rather them say so at the start before they begin my service, so I can find a different design more suited to their skill level rather than being right at the end and then being given marble when I wanted ink splotch.3 - Answering a video call and constantly checking your phone whilst dealing with a client is highly unprofessional and leaves a poor view of the way the business is run in the eyes of clientsThese are all reasons that can leave clients leaving feeling dissapointed with the business as well as not wanting to return again.While the tech I had was a bit heavy handed on the dremmel, she did a great job of reshaping my nails and regardless of the fact that it wasn't exactly what I wanted, the colour came up great and it does still look nice.I hope that your team can resolve these issues so that your clients have more confidence in your techs.

The best nail shop! The beautiful ladies here always provide amazing service. I got my acrylic nails and eyelash extensions done here. If you’re after chrome nails, they have so many options! Thuy my eyelash technician perfects them every time and always gives me advice on how to prolong them aswell as take care of my natural lashes.

Got my nails done here for the first time in over a year. I called in advance to confirm what time works the best for my services and they gave me a time.Although being a Saturday and extremely busy, they were working on my nails within 10 minutes of me being there. I asked for a somewhat time-consuming design, which was executed perfectly.I couldn’t be happier with both my acrylic set and pedicure! Thank you for your awesome work ☺️

So unhappy with this place !! Never again the guy did my manicure shellac rushed it with a bubble in one of my nails and kept hitting my hand to put under UV light, didn't clean skin and cuticle properly at all was more interested to go outside, shellac put a dot of cream to massage with his gloves on, so was burning while attempting to massage for all of 7 seconds, the girl that did my pedicure absolutely rubbish no smooth nails just rubbish she was more interested in going outside to vape , never ever will I return back to this shop absolutely rubbish job !!!! Pedicure nails not smooth in edges so rough could of done a better job myself just messy and rushed

I tried this place for the first time today just to do a basic mani and pedi. I was SO happy with the service. I swear my cuticles have never looked so good (and I’ve tried other places). They also took their time when massaging my hands and feet afterwards which was super relaxing. The place overall was really comfortable. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience for my first time attending blush nails. Had a lovely chat with one of the workers and he did an amazing job of my nails. Super happy with the result of my brows and nails and will I definitely recommend this beauty salon. Will be a returning customer that’s for sure!
