I happened to find DR Yan by chance after not being able to get an urgent appointment with regular doctor... it’s as if it was meant to be! He has been nothing but thorough and amazing at explaining everything. Very rare to find such a wonderful doctor these days and puts my mind at ease that I’m getting the best care possible.

Both Doctor Yan and Doctor Lesley are absolutely brilliant! They are extremely thorough and truly listen to the concern and what has brought you in. I couldn’t recommend them more! Truly an amazing practice and I can guarantee I won’t change where I take myself and my girls. Thank you serpentine medical!!

Doctor Yan Zhuang was so helpful and went above and beyond what was required of him to help us in anyway he could - including spending time on his days off emailing me and signing medical forms.Can’t thank him enough for all the effort he put in.

I am travelling through Serpentine so only in town for 2 days and needed a vaccine completed urgently (for work) that was a bit of a bother at other places I had been to. The receptionist, the practice manager and the nurse on duty here was so helpful, friendly and kind and made the process so simple. What a fantastic service for this little town.

Serpentine Medical Centre
I moved to Serpentine over a year ago and have been coming to this clinic ever since. I have always been very happy with the service I am given and the doctors I have seen. Today however I left in shock, the doctor that did my consult was rude, unhelpful and uncaring. It's such a shame as with a limited number of doctors in a clinic it's a poor reflection. I will continue to stay local however I will be making sure I am not booked with this particular doctor again!
