The service from North East Plumbing was very good from the first phone call to completion. James was very prompt in getting out to investigate the roof leak problem we had. This was followed up for repair by the hard working Alan. Cost wise the company proved to be much less expensive than other people and overall we would recommend the team.

After being told by another plumbing outfit that my leaking main water line required what I could only describe as NASA technology to identify at catastrophic cost and manpower, even though I could see water bubbling up from the ground at the leak location, I contacted North East Plumbing. Within hours they were on-site, repaired the leak and cleared the site at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend North East Plumbing.

Although I did not proceed with the roof job, EXCELLENT is the word that comes to mind from my dealings with this company.Right from the start with reception through to site inspection and quote, the personnel were friendly, enthusiastic, and technically competent.Their web site is clear and distinct, and you can clearly see what’s on offer.The approach to the job of roof restoration that I was considering was technically thorough, and clearly offered value for money.Their up-front full cost approach is much better than a pay by the hour, with no uncertainty about undefined costs such as excess tile removal.While ultimately I have put my job on hold for the present, I would highly recommend this company.

We had a complicated task of running new services through a cement path/garden, drilling through a brick wall tiled in travertine and sandstone steps! The team did an amazing job, you would not know they cut/dug out concrete, carefully removed sandstone and reinstated it like new. We are so impressed and pleased with the work.

Roof leak detection and repair.I noticed a stain on the loungeroom ceiling and sent a message to three companies for assistance. All three gave me long lead times for the job. Then I contacted James at North East Plumbing and his response was almost instant, quote and job were completed in two days. Ben was a big help as he explained the procedure beforehand and was most obliging. Should you have a plumbing problem don't waste your time, ring North East.

Called the North East plumbing boys to diagnose and fix my leaking roof. Despite this insanely busy time they sent a plumber out promptly. They were on time and the work was done to a fantastic standard. As a fellow tradesmen there is nothing better to see when people take pride in their work and that is what the North East plumbing team did.
