VicRoads - Hamilton Customer Service Centre
Cannot flaw their service, customer relations or the speed in which they get things done. Sure the 12-12:30pm closure is annoying but that is generally the quietest time at their office, so it has been utilized as a lunch break. I was annoyed too in the beginning but 30 minutes isn't a great deal of time to be closed at all and there is a park and lake across the road to boot, so enjoy 30 mins of fresh air or even catch a few Pokemon while you're there.

We had the best experience today. Both the ladies were extremely helpful and so friendly. We didn’t have the most simplest issue to work out but Nicole sorted it with ease and we were in and out within 10 minutes. Thanks for the great service.

It's OK as long as you don't interrupt their lunch break. During their daily lunch festivities the entire office is closed! It seems that all employees are forced to partake in a synchronised eating session. Anyone else would go out of business pretty quickly if all 10 staff decided to close up shop to catch the bus to pick up a 21 piece bucket!

Go there reasonably regularly and almost every time the service has been wonderful.Yes not everyone is blessed with a sparkling personally. But hey they get the job done efficiently. Look in the mirror! Do you have the patience to put up with grumpy customers all day. Cut some slack folks

Lost my son's Learners photo and no record of us going there and giving all his info, waiting 1 month and nothing arrived, very hard to get in contact with so have to now make yet another hour trip to Hamilton to sort this out.

Ok for L's test but never go for your P's in Hamilton! The staff are so grumpy and rude! Even heard other VicRoads branches disgusted at the service in Hamilton.
