My purpose was to convert my international driving license, after a few lessons, I feel more comfortable and confident. I was holding an international license and had very limited driving experience, driving was never my forte and I never thought I would enjoy driving. However, after few lessons I got much less nervous and comfortable and started enjoying driving. I passed the driving test with almost perfect test results.I booked for one hour lessons, however, most of the days it went beyond that time limit. He is extremely flexible on scheduling lessons and goes above beyond to accommodate the needs of the learner. Damon usually asks what I want to focus on a particular day and facilitates that. He gives challenges and usually ends the day in a positive note.Damon is a highly professional yet a friendly instructor. He is extremely patient and gives very clear instructions. His knowledge on traffic rules and reasons for their existence helped me to remember those rules better and understand the rationale for certain maneuvers. Damon also uses techniques such as drawings to explain maneuvers such as revers parallel parking which helped me to learn the principle behind allowing me to focus better on the maneuver.I recommend Damon for anyone in Launceston planning to obtain Tasmanian Driver's license.

Damon is a very good instructor. In spite of me having years of driving experience, I learned a lot from him in a short time. I really regret the decision of taking previous classes from other companies like RACT ( just money grabbing). Damon helped me at the last minute in spite of his busy schedule. Damon is the best instructor I have ever seen. I had only got one week to prepare for my driving assessment. After attending 2 driving lessons, I confidently passed my driving assessment on the first attempt. During the practice, he not only pointed out where you made mistakes but also explained why the road rules are set up in this way, which helped you easy to remember and fix your mistakes. The driving lessons were quite productive and driving test result was always ideal!
