Taking calls & performing remote sessions to rectify issues that have sprung up requiring an immediate fix to keep the business rolling along smoothly.Agile Tech support can in most cases remotely fix computer issues via ‘Team Viewer’ without the need to come to site. This gets us back up and running very quickly.David has designed a complete home business network which allows for remote access to files whilst on the road or working in remote offices. The seamless sharing & syncing of documents across several PC’s ensuring each machine has current & up to date data. David also designed a Qnap data Snync backup system that ensures we will never loose our business data in the event of a PC crashing or natural disaster, etc.A new mesh WiFi network was also setup throughout our house & depot. Ensuring we had internet access & WiFi calling in all areas of the property. Whereas prior to this install we had poor unreliable mobile & internet services. We now have the fastest mobile broadband in the Markwell Valley & do not miss any calls.I highly recommend Agile Tech Support for setting up the simplest of systems to the most complex.
