Great bakery. I stop in every time I pass through Gloucester. Excellent pies and sausage rolls, amazing ham, and salad rolls here. I've never been disappointed.

Stopped in today on my way through to Barrington and would have to say absolutely best value for money 2 coffee's 4 pie's 1 giant vanilla slice 1 custard tart $30.70 so if you are passing through Gloucester stop in at Hebby's Bakery and grab a feed I'll be back

Classic bakery, good service and old-fashioned prices.We’ve got two bakeries in town these days and both are really good! I think the staff are pretty great too.Hebby’s might be one of the last bakeries where you can still get a donut or cream bun for just a few dollars and I don’t think their pie prices have changed much over the years either.Our relatives have made this a regular stop on their visits and rave about the pie pastry (I’m not a fan of meat so can’t comment firsthand) :) Personally, I like their bread so am a fan of the sandwiches (they have a pre-made selection, or they make your order on the spot). Spinach and feta rolls are also a good veggie option. Not too keen on the vego pie - but others like it.There can be quite a line up during peak lunch hours - but service is pretty efficient and the line flows through quickly enough. I recommend popping in before 11 to avoid the rush :)They also do really good, personalised birthday cakes and you only need to place your order a few days in advance (we like the mud cakes and the jam and cream sponge cake with strawberry icing). The smaller size cakes start at around $30 - which I think is a great/affordable for a personalised cake :)

Omgolly wat can I say evwry time we go through glouster we stop in to hebbys get the best pies sausage roll cakes omg the French vanilla slice mmmm and the best service always we order pies to pick up on our way back through to take back home with us and they always have them freshly frozen ready packed to go best pies ever see U ladies next time we come through

We had lunch on Saturday and although my partner liked their pies I on the other hand did not like their Spinach and Fetta. It was sour with too much spinach and the Fetta was very venegarish. I did not like the taste of it.

WEELLLL, what a disaster.Walked in, 4 staff behind the counter, I asked what the pasties were like, 1 woman said, only got meat in them

Heard good things about this place so I stopped for a pie. The “chunky steak” pie has no more than 2 pieces of beef in it. The rest was this thick jelly gravy. Should have listened to the advice and purchased one of the vanilla slices which looked impressive.+1 star for the gluten free range of desserts that they had so my wife could eat something while I sat there drinking my gravy pie.

Sweet chilli beef pie was the business. And under 5 buks which is rare these days.Can recommend!!
