Sally is an absolute godsend. I've followed her through two shop changes now and she's still my favourite waxer hands down. As a not-so-skinny girl I used to have anxiety around getting my brazillian done by snobby, judgy girls at **another salon I won't name** in the city but Sally is so down to earth and chill that you're put at ease straight away. Not only that she's a perfectionist and very good at what she does. Go see Sally, have a laugh and a really great beauty treatment.. you won't be sorry you did. BB is always clean, hygienic and professional. They're also really accommodating and often fit me in even when the online system says they don't have any appointments available. Side note the waxing after-care cream is wizardry and I have barely any regrowth for weeks and weeks afterwards if I use it properly. Highly recommend and it lasts for ages.

I couldn't be happier with my new brows as the staff were very professional and informative every step of the way. My feather touch brows are amazing and didn't think I could ever have brows like this back again. I would rate Brazilian beauty far more than 5 stars if I could. I've been to BB twice, first visit was my very first wax and the lady I had a wax with was lovely but as it was nearly 2 years ago I can't remember her name, today I went back in to get a wax done and I had sally, she definitely has a sense of humour but she missed so much hair during my brazilian and wasn't worth the price I paid

Got a Brazilian wax done by Bella, lovely lady! Appointment was quick, aftercare was discussed and she provided me with some take-home aftercare products. Was a very comfortable appointment, no lingering pain afterwards :)

I have had lash lifts here and they're great! I recently had a facial and it was so divine. Super relaxing, great products and friendly staff. Will continue to keep coming here :)

Loved this place!They squeezed me in on a busy Saturday, for a 40mins facial and it was with a very professional therapist, that choose the right treatment for me and great advice! Honestly my skin was looking brighter over the next few days getting better and better! Thank you so much I hope to be back soon when back in town :)

I went to Brazilian Beauty for a leg and lip wax. During my leg wax, the therapist was struggling to wax the hair off my legs and remove the wax from my skin and this was blamed on the fact that I am from the territory and I have dry skin. However, in the territory the hair from my legs came out well and the wax doesn’t stick to my skin. Because the hair wasn’t coming off in one go the therapist continued to re wax the area several times without checking the temperature of the wax. This led to skin being taken off and burns on the back of my thighs and down my calf muscles. The therapist had also missed multiple patches of hair on my legs.When I called the manager the next day she told me to come in, which I did. Straight away I was told that the hair that was missed is because I shaved not long ago. I have not shaved my legs in over a year. When I said this, the manager continued to say I shaved. For the bad service I was only going to be given a free skin recovery cream valued at $22 and 20% off my next service. I don’t live in Adelaide so I asked for my 20% to be as a refund and when it resulted in $13 the manager acted as if it was a stupid request and not even worthwhile.One thing I will mention is the therapist that redid the patches of hair that was missed was lovely and very apologetic that I had a bad experience.
