Disappointed. The concept of this is great but overall experience is overrated and overpriced. I’d bought many vouchers for mums at this place and to finally have tried it myself for my little bubs was disappointing. Service of the staff was surprising as they don’t come to check on you after baby’s spa or to say bye and thank you and could definitely do with some customer service training. As for the baths and towels, I’m surprised this isn’t a little more hygienic considering the recommended age being is vulnerable to infections etc. the total time in bath was so rushed and even for those moms who have crying babies, believe me, the staff will make you feel as if your baby is the only child on the planet to cry and behave that way.Don’t believe I’d recommend this to any new time moms.. sorry to say.

I found the place very clean and very friendly. The girl was lovely who looked after us for the duration of Florence’s spa and massage. We were gifted this experience but I think we will definitely be back after seeing how much our baby enjoyed it.

So disappointing, been trying to book a weekend appointment so my husband can attend and they would always be booked. The one time I found availability and I arrive there the receptionist says they can’t accept our daughter because she’s 7 months. The website mentions they can accommodate up to 8 months and a maximum baby weight of 15 kilos. Which my daughter wasn’t.They did not even try to accomodate us. Completely dismissive and would not entertain trying… If the rules were this rigid, they should make bookings more clear, given the ambiguity on the website and what the receptionist was saying.We took time out of our days to have a special moment with our daughter and it seems they didn’t care in the slightest.Very disappointed overall with the service and dismissive behaviour.

Nice selection of dummies and baby teething toys. It was a lovely experience for both bub and myself. She enjoyed the massage while I enjoyed being able to sit while I watched her contentment.The staff are kind and non-judgemental. They are also helpful and patient which (as an mother knows) is essential with children.It's pricey but definitely worth going at least once

Booked my son in at the Baby Spa Perth provided his date of birth ect… then drove 45 mins to the Spa to wait another 40 mins in their waiting room to be told he is too old and too active to do the session.Absolute waste of time

Parking was a bit hard to find, but I was at the right place at the right time and snagged one close to the entrance. The ladies inside were so friendly and accommodating. It was the best customer service I have received in a long time. My daughter enjoyed the bath experience but was crying a lot during the massage. The lady looking after us was so patient and comforting and tried her best to calm her. I did find it overpriced for the service, and this is the only reason I gave 4 stars.

We were given a gift voucher and our daughter had the best time. It was great to see her enjoying herself. She was very sleepy after her fun afternoon.
