Carpets laid were okThe vinyl flooring on the other hand is shockingly bad.Gaps between walls that could fit a debit card.Pieces not glued down at all.Skirting cut to high leaving huge gaps as they were cut by hand instead of tools.Called them back. Tradesman attitude was poor.The improperly glued down pieces he moved plant pots to weigh it down.. low and behold they have risen again.Gaps between the walls are still there just smaller from where he replaced the piece.Holes in skirting boards filled with polly filla.Definitely do not recommend unless you plan on spending more money to bring a second company in to fix the issues.

Quick shoutout to Shannyn (apologies if I spelt that wrong). My partner and I needed some help with tiles and we couldn’t have received better customer service. She was extremely friendly, helpful and informative and made it such an easy process for us. Highly recommend making sure you specifically seek her out if you ever need tiles or just general help!! Will continue to use National Tiles purely from this experience!
