The deli staff really need to be taught how to handle food and be how to deal with customers. Asked for some ham to be sliced, staff refused to slice ham and said it would be 10min before she could do it. Then walks to the end of the counter and starts having a conversation with other staff. Why bother with a deli section......

A tired old Coles still has all the basics you’ll need but is well past its prime. I understand they’re going to knock it down soon so that makes sense. There’s easy parking which is fantastic given the central location.

Walked up and down the toiletries area a good ten times trying to find the ‘feminine care’ section, I thought I was going crazy. Did not find anything besides one size of sanitary towels (not tampons like I was after) at the end of a food aisle. rubbish.

This is a bizarre coles I have come across first time in life.. The staff who working there from a long time make fun of their elderly long time customers.. Even though they open until 10pm, they close entry glass doors 20 to 30min before, so that no one can come in..They should have a proper security, at presentsecurity person spends more time on his phone and in a rush and forces customer to check out quick(even though he is getting paid to stand in front of coles)

Very convenient place but rain leaks water here and there with Buckets to collect water on the walkways. Caution sign there but No warning signs near the eyes levels in the corners and near by; so by mistakes people get into them. These are going on weeks and rain days so no one there to repair these. Missing the convenient store because they closed 10 Jan 2021

Been going here for over 20 years. Some staff are still there and this makes you feel good, as they acknowledge you. The store is laid out spaciously, and products are quite easy to locate. A good shopping experience.

Parking was easy. Entry to mall was very good & it was clean & uncluttered. Staff were helpful (especially Frank - who knew where I'd find what I was looking for) & were able to assist me to quickly scan my goods.
