Australia Post - Tuart Hill LPO

Poor quality independent LPO, which over charges for post and does not follow the official post office prices for small box fixed price products.. charges by weight to maximise their profit and are rude when questioned about the incorrect charges.. Complaints have been lodged against this amateur outlet..

I’m try to collect my parcel this morning at 11:25am, Saturday 30th July. But this place is close but in website mention operation hour until 12pm. I’m going to use my stuff tomorrow Sunday. But, obviously quite disappointed.

On the Australia post application tells you that it's open on Saturdays from 9am to 12pm. Drove in to pick up a parcel ,but shutters are down at 10.40am. There were other customers that drove in and were also disappointed. I hope that Australia post can provide correct opening hours to their customers not waste everyones time.

Very poor attention to customer info. went there on 27/12 /21 as their website was active saying open and there was only a paper hanging on the door shutter informing that they will only open 29/12/21. two more elderlies were there for same reason. Plus service is very slow each time gone there. Not suitable for running post office.

Have been working with Tuart Hill LPO for over a year and half now! Very helpful staff and amazing customer service. Our parcels are always shipped out super quickly and the team is constantly open to helping us with anything.

Best post office staff I've experienced. Wish I only ever had to go to this post office.

I received the most appalling service from the tall young man (Farooq?) on Saturday. I asked for some help with express envelopes and he told me he didn't have time and he could have helped if I had bought the items from his Post Office only! He was condescending and rude and sniggered at me when I said the other Post Office helped me last time. He said they must have a lot of time on their hands". What disgusting service to be providing on behalf of Australia Post. I left and went to Yokine Post Office where the staff were so much more professional and helped me. DO NOT BOTHER going to Tuart Hill LPO! Terrible service and extremely RUDE!"

Disappointed in the customer service.I sent my partner in to pick up a parcel for me, gave him my photo ID and the e-mail with the shipping tracking code on it, and he came back empty handed. Now to put it in perspective, I work full time in a government department and have no time to take off work during the limited hours where Australia Post offices are open. What was presented to the clerk at the counter should have been enough to collect the parcel in question (especially as it has been accepted like this before). I will now have to take precious time off work in a very demanding role all to pick up a couple of pairs of underwear I ordered in the post.Not happy.

The young gentleman who helped me this morning went above and beyond! He is very good at his job and his customer service is amazing.

I am a small business owner that has to go to the post office every day. I choose to go to Tuart Hill LPO rather than a main branch due to the amazing service that I receive every visit. The two friendly faces of Wahid and Harris greet me by name and a smile on every visit. It's so nice to be treated with such care and courtesy no matter how busy they are. I have seen them under the pump and with the odd ratty customer but they continue to serve in a happy professional manner no matter the situation. Well done you guys. You deserve to be recognised.
