very interesting place to visit. a lot to see. The entrance fee is donation base. Staff are very friendly. highly recommend.

Very interesting museum on gold mining. Tour guide informs you of items on display including The Vault. Go up the tower and you get an excellent view over Kalgoorlie. Great memorial of Miners who have list their life in surrounding Goldfields.

Interesting history and wonderful pieces on show. Walk and explore. They have different exhibits at times and staff were so friendly and inviting. An amazing view of Kalgoorlie from the top.

Saw the gold in the vault!! WOWWent through the narrowest pub in Aust (no longer used as a pub) & the clock outside still operates with the mechanism on the 1st floor. There was a bank, house even a railway carriage used as a police wagon complete with a fireplace! Company board room full of timber & chandeliers. And MORE there to see. Definitely worth a visit!

Loved it. Entry was free. We spent several hours wandering around this wonderfully displayed museum. The view from the head frame of Kalgoorlie was amazing.

Lots to see and do, with heaps of information about the Goldfields. Very interesting! Loved going up to the platform, and it offered a great view of the city.

Well worth the visit, beautifully designed interior and exterior, very friendly staff. Excellent display of our pioneering history of how they worked and lived,in the gold mining town of Kalgoorlie and how the town grew. Exibitits of gold, the tools used ,plus many other items too many to mention here. It's a must see .

Interesting way to spend a couple of hours. The tour was fun. The guide was informative. There is a gold display in the vault and a mock up of ye olde mining village.
