Spoke to Luke today, he started to clear up so many of my concerns and pointed me in the right direction on ways forward with our beyond complicated insurance claim issues (looks like lack of adherence to policy, time frames and ignoring the problems). I came to Claims Hero on a recommendation after my insurer offered a very low amount for storm damage on my farm. They took care of everything, all communications etc which took the stress out of managing the claim myself. Claims Hero achieved an outstanding settlement of 8x the original offer within 6 weeks of engaging them. Fabulous result and we are extremely happy.

I was able to receive additional funds from my insurer after they had initially low balled me with an offer. I highly recommend Claims Hero. After 12 months of fighting my insurance company and the builder they appointed I had decided to take a payout but was worried it wouldn’t cover repairs to my flooded home.Luke stepped in and in no time I had a payout that will cover my repairs and the insurance company assured me that I could reopen the claim if I need to.A very different outcome to what I had been told previously by my insurance company.You have nothing to lose by talking to Luke and everything to gain.
