Great company and timely response on every occasion, which certainly made the building process a lot easier. Can't recommend them enough.

Pgh bricks lacks consistent color quality, we have orderded pgh glenfern elan upgraded bricks. The display home has surprisingly dark tone and was consistent. When it came to my new house high inconsistent colors in bricks most are them are lighter Some were even lighter. When i take photo the color difference in bricks is clearly visible, it waste of money upgrading bricks. Not happy with the pgh bricks.

We have had several dealings with PGH and found them to be very dismissive, dishonest and extremely misleading. The sample bricks PGH gave us prior to our build does not represent what we have ended up with. Below is a picture of one of the samples we were given by PGH, Notice how there isn't any Pockmarks or red clay showing on the sample. Only some of our brick finish pictures are below, You can find more on PGH Product Review. We have been asking direct questions to our builder and PGH management. How has this happened ? Are they a bad batch of bricks? Have they been over cleaned ? Why are our bricks showing so much red clay on a product that is specifically designed to have a permanent ceramic finish on the brick face ?PGH has provided our builder three letters that state our bricks cannot be faulted and, Meet all Australian standards, Have also been cleaned in accordance with all building requirements. Thanks to PGH writing these letters and supporting the builder, We cannot pursue this matter further as the builder has the direct support of the brick manufacturer.We would be more than happy to delete this post, Only if PGH does the right thing and provides us the direct answers we deserve as consumers, Rather than dismissing the damage on there product which we are left to deal with. Maybe the fact that some people are not adhering to the PGH recommended handling of these Slurry products is the reason why this is happening to there products and which are also providing negative feedback and reviews for this company. Waste of time looking at display over a third of the display is discontinued lines. What's the point needs alot of updating.
