Without a doubt the worst dentist office experience I've ever had. I had an 8:30 a.m. appointment on a day with 0 degrees outside temperature the doors unlocked at 8:30 and it was just as cold inside, the dental office is outdated and dark with insufficient lighting for dental procedures, with one residential light bulb overhead other than the dentist chair lamp. Me being a periodontal patient I've had many cleanings with ultrasonic state-of-the-art equipment and their equipment felt like a drill bit from the hardware store it only took 10 seconds with the girl working on my teeth to get into my gums causing substantial discomfort for me to say that's not going to work you may have to do it by hand, she wasn't any better by hand. stabbing my gums right out of the gate and I had to call it quits in the first couple of minutes. Maybe it was the insufficient lighting that she could not see what she was doing but she tried to make it like I didn't know what a cleaning was supposed to feel like or that my gum disease was such that it was all my fault and she was doing a great job. As I stated I've had many Cleanings, periodontal and otherwise with my gum disease and this was a horrid experience I can can't imagine going through a full cleaning having experienced that in the first few seconds. If they wanted to film a movie with a dentist office from the 40s this would be the place to do it, incredibly outdated Dark and dingy and cold. Absolutely shocking considering the equipment available today and that a dentist office would be so dark and cold. I would recommend everyone to try a more up-to-date dentist office.

My go to Dentist. Dr Wlliam always took care of my family teeth at a very reasonable cost. I lost count how many times my daughter postponed her appointments with theam, not ever a problem. Such a lovely receptionist/assistant (so sorry can't remember her name) always make our life easier. Strongly recommend this dental clinic.

I do not recommend going here for orthodontic work. I have had to get a second round of braces 10 years on, and have had a lot of difficulties with my teeth because of Chris Wong.I know other people who have gone here and needed braces again years later, and have had bad experiences.Chris was very rough and unhygienic, I do not recommend!
