My mum went into the store today to purchase two new pairs of shoes. She went in about 20mins before me and still hadn't been served or even asked if she needed any help. I waited with her for 10mins than headed off to another shop. She was waiting for lady to finish up with another customer that came in after her to see if she could get any help. Half an hour later and four more walk ins later and still no service. Terrible customer service.

Brought shoes for my grandmother for her birthday and they did not fit. Brought them back for replacement size or refund and they wouldn't accept them back- they said they were 'worn'. Had them for a day and took them to my grandma in aged care to try on.

The young ladies at the Rockhampton store today went above and beyond to help me.Assisted me with my problem (which was not even closely related to them) provided a solution and solved all my worries. I truly appreciate all of their efforts and time

Best customer service I have experienced in ages!! There was three lovely ladies in store who served me on three different occasions as I was unsure about the fitting of a shoe which I purchased.Kellee was there for two of these times and she was very patient with me. Both times I was in there she gave me plenty of choices of shoes to try on and sizes. She worked with me to find the perfect shoe! This made me feel very comfortable and I am incredibly thankful for her being so patient and kind.

So currently I have been standing at the counter for 40 mins and been ignored by 3 separate staff. How hard is to buy a pair of shoes, but wait it gets better they have nothing in a men’s 10 or 11. I will shop elsewhere henceforth.
