The big male staff working there is amazing. Very kind, polite and knows how to delivery quality service. I am very glad this is the right experience I am receiving from my local BP petrol station.

$10 for an old stale sandwich and a coffee. City Cafe prices for sub standard quality at a servo in Bexley is ridiculous! Service was friendly... not their fault!

Didn't have clear info about uber discount..Very disappointed .. Didn't get Uber discount despite app showing it.. Need to have a big sign for no Partnership with UBER so that people won't get confused. Not happy ..

Called to ask for a fuel price but the guy said check it on online and hang up. So rude!! If you can’t provide a simple service to your customer than whats the point of opening for. Never going back..

Despite being a participating Uber bp rewards unlocked fuel station, bp employee said to me they're NOT participating and cannot accept my Uber discount.Totally unfair you fill up fuel and then find out NO DISCOUNT, hoping they fix this issue.
