Friendly and efficient centre:- easy to schedule appointments- cheap parking building on the sidestreet, with rear access to the building- from personal experience, they kept to my appointment time and finished on time

I would give 0 stars if I could. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment. Received a phone call it had changed. Fine. Received another phone call 1 hr before appointment telling me it had to be cancelled. No alternative but to wait until next week at a time that was just not possible. Then rather than listening to my issue and trying to find a resolution, I was talked over and then hung up on. Appalling.

I have all my scans in one place. Very well looked after at every instance. They are very thorough with their investigations and always compare the previous reports for progress. No need to carry those big envelopes anymore. The reports are available online

I called up to see if my report was ready and they said it was, came to pick it up and they didn’t have it, said to wait ( don’t know how long it’ll take) or come back and they’ll get it printed.The following week come back and it’s still not printed.Ridiculous. Useless.

I’ve never had a problem before but when I had to take an x-ray to see my specialist right after, the receptionist asked me if I’ve taken a covid test. I said yes and the receptionist asked me why. I said my specialist called me on last notice (yesterday) that I had to take one to come in and that they’ll still see me. Because of my injury I haven’t left my house at all and none of my family members are essential workers so we haven’t been anywhere. I just took it because I was told I needed one. The receptionist told me she won’t let me get an x-ray as I have yet to receive the result. I repeated to her that it was just a requirement to see my specialist and she goes off and says , “well we are essential workers and we have to take it every 3 days, we can’t do anything about it.” I had to go to my specialist and tell them what happened and then returned back to the x-ray place. Another receptionist at the x-ray tells me I should have gotten the results back when I did not. They told me to wait outside for 20 minutes to make phone calls only for them to say they can’t do anything so I had to walk to another x-ray where I told them the same thing and they easily let me do it.

Poor customer service and very unprofessional secretary serviceI contacted Spectrum Imaging in Liverpool today 12/09/2022 at 01:52 PM requesting an appointmentAn employee answered the phone - while she was servicing me she said I will just put you on hold for a second. I was waiting on hold for 4 minutes.I contacted first so I should be serviced first but the employee said I want to service two clients at the same time.Is this a professional response Spectrum Imaging HR?After that I asked her to provide me with her name and the department she works in because I want to make a complaint regarding the service I receivedShe said my name is Danielle and then I asked for the department she works in but she did not answer and hung up on meI called again and another employee answered the phone and I told her this is what happened and she said we do not have any employee by the name of Danielle hereReally????? So first employee gave me a wrong name and on top of that she hung up on meI escalated this matter and the employee transferred me to the Head Secretary ManagerShe said I do not know who answered the phone but I will try to find out by calling IT team and find out who picked up the callI asked the secretary manager to transfer me to the HR team and she start laughing and said the HR team they do not look after the simple issuesSo Spectrum Imaging HR do you think this issue is simple?Are the things below simple issues:Providing random and wrong names to clients to avoid a complaint , hanging up on clients and minimising the complaint by saying HR do not look after simple issues——————————————————————-An updateThe Head Secretary Manager contacted me and she was very sorry for the serviced I received and she took my email address and said I will be sending an email to you regarding this matter. I gave her my email address twiceThe centre closes at 05:30 PMIt is 06:40 PM now and I have not received any emails yet I have been checking my email for more than an hour and 30 minutes waiting for this emailI do not understand how can you promise that client to send him an email very soon and then you do not send him the emailI am very sad and disappointed todayPlease please please can any employee from the HR department gets in touch with me because I really want to find someone who looks after the clients complaints seriously and keep the promise and send emails on time without delays

I had a procedure this morning at Spectrum Liverpool.Unfortunately I didn't get 2 of the practitioner's names but the Dr was Dr Moon.They were wonderful.Every part of the procedure was explained, they were very professional and caring.Thankyou so much.

I have been to this place many times over the yearsI have to say it’s improving every time I go.My recent experience was good, even their rooms spray out in different rooms And levels in the building, the staff are friendly to point it out for clients.The staff are friendly, the technicians are nice (not over nice coz I bet they are tired of seeing so many sick ppl) however I do feel as a client I was treated like a number and not too much eye contact or Courtesy.One thing I do really appreciate is how easy it is to download reports by smart phone and we don’t have to go again to pick up films and results. This is the highlight of this place I’m very happy withOverall, comparing to other practises in Liverpool area. I’m very happy with spectrum LiverpoolThanks again

Thank you for the worst experience. For false notes on my pregnancy report& incomplete pregnancy scans& empty promises & incompetent staff. Never coming back again.This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Had the absolute worst customer service from Bianca! Never want to speak to her again. She kept saying like I said like I said - when all I was asking is when do I need to do a blood test before my scan? She was very rude and disrespectful. She also had the nerve to say I am not listening to my doctor. Please provide her with some customer service training. It’s needed.
