I received absolutely no help!There was a cashier standing at the cash register when I walked in, didn't greet me nor offer to grab the food from behind the glass that I was very obviously looking at. Then a cook came out of the kitchen to top up the chips and chicken and didn't offer me help either. I shouldn't have to say excuse me" to be served by staff who are looking right at me. Find competent employees!"

Wouldn't let me use a voucher that was for United service stations and stared at me with a blank look until I paid the full price. Very rude staff seems like they don't want you in their store

New owners have turned this place to absolute s**t. Under old management, food was always fresh, service was exceptional, atmosphere was inviting. Since new owners, food is horrible, left out for far too long without being thrown out, service is next to non existent, atmosphere is just sad. Really disappointing as it was such a little gem of an establishment.

Best hot box in Cairns. The staff are always friendly. Occasionally there is a lineup but you get that every servo. Food there is always fresh and tasty.

Ordered fish and chips over the phone and stuffed it up completely again . The Indian lady on phone was a bit rude . This was once a good take away shop but not anymore since the Indians have taken over

Absolutely disgusted! I rang to make a food order, I asked for a chicken wrap and before I could finish she said nope. And when ending the call no bye,thank you nothing just hung up. Absolutely no customer service. And so RUDE! if you can't smile or talk to your customers properly you shouldn't be running it.

I’ve lived near this servo for years and the customer service has always been great until the new owners took over, never get a hello how can I help you or what would you like or thank you have a nice day, the lady I had on Wednesday was so rude practically rolled her eyes at me because I wanted something from the hot box she was stoned face the whole time and just unfriendly, one guy a couple of months ago practically pushed my food off the counter because he couldent wait the 3 seconds it took for me to put my bank card back in purse. I’ll often stop in and grab some chips and gravy for the kids I’m reconsidering spending my money here in the future.

The food used to be amazing. Now it’s $6.50 for a few chicken chips that left me feeling groggy. Over priced food.
