Have been going here for well over a year now almost every six weeks and I am very happy with the service I receive from the girls. They are always very accommodating and the salon very clean. My shellac chipped once and they fixed it free of charge over a week later. Highly recommended.

Big thanks to Kim and her team for making my nails so natural and the design so gorgeous. I just shared with them a few ideas and they made it come true, so tell them what you love and they will advise you. One of my favorite things is that you get a discount if you pay in cash. I will be back for nail care. ❤️

This was previously a great place to go for top quality manicure. Unfortunately the overall service quality has gone way downhill in recent months. The beauticians (unless adequately supervised) are now pushy, greedy to put money in their own pockets, rude and appear under qualified. The last couple of sns full set manicures I've received have failed to stick for more than a day or two. I paid $85 for this full set of ombre and it was applied in a painful and rough manner that took forever. Just look at the shoddy workmanship! Never going back here again!

I love going to Prestige Nails. Kim and her team do an excellent job. As you can see from the picture below, after 30 days my nails were still perfect. I only needed to have them redone because they were growing out.At Prestige Nails they are very gentle when they remove the SNS. They don't use their power file (except to remove the top layer) and don't soak your whole hand in Acetone either, just a small amount on cotton wool on each nail and a foil wrap. My last visit took an hour and that included removal of old SNS and a new application.I also love that I can text Kim to make an appointment.Lastly, the loyalty card is a nice touch. I'll be back again in 4 weeks when my purple nails grow out too far.

Favourite nail salon! I have been to a few different salons around Melbourne to get SNS done, and always come back to this one. The girls here always do their job with care. I had a bad experience a while back at other salons and my real nails ended up weak and flimsy after just a few visits elsewhere, that I had to stop getting my nails done until they grew out! Glad this is super close to me.

Shocking service!. Recently, I attended for shellac removal and painting my nails with normal polish. Couple of days later the nail polish started to chip and parts of the original shellac was still underneath. I went back and made an appointment to fix this problem. When I went in for my appointment they removed the remanining shellac. There is a notice stating that if there is a problem they will not give a refund but they will fix the problem. As I was leaving the woman yelled out and said you have to pay. She was very rude and said one one remembers you. In front of other customers questioning my honesty. I was humiliated when I was not at fault. I gave them the ten dollars and left. I have never ever had this dreadful treatment. In case they forget a customer they should give a receipt.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Prestige Nails and Beauty! This was my first time getting fake nails so I wanted to get something unique and different. The nail tech (I did not get her name unfortunately) did a near to perfect job putting my reference photos into real life. It isn't perfect but for such intricate designs I am very pleased with how they turned out! I get multiple compliments about them on a daily basis! The cost was $60 and the service was professional and friendly.I definitely recommend this salon and will be back!

Cheap, but you get what you pay for.My nails are pretty much ruined and actually hurt in places.EDIT: 6 days later and one of my nails has an actual crack in it 2-3mm into the nail bed, and I've been trying to be so so careful. They have severely damaged my nails.Never again.Do not see Tina. I've seen multiple customers treated rudely and roughly by her (when I got my sns done in the first place) and now have had the displeasure myself.I booked to have sns nails removed. Was given just a bowl of warm acetone to put my nails in, no foil wraps, nothing, just fingers in a bowl of acetone. The smell was horrible and because of the round bowl I had to curl my hands into claws to even try to keep my nails in the acetone, but it got all over my fingers and hands, drying them out and after a while it started to burn. Finally she took one hand and very lightly swiped at it with a napkin. Not much came off, and I'm not surprised since she did it so lightly. Then the drill came out... and all of a sudden she was gung ho! Wouldn't wipe properly, but was happy to gouge into those nails with a super rough drill bit! At one point she was pressing so hard into the nail it got so hot it burned! Hurt like a mf!I asked her to be careful because I have thin and brittle nails. She said no no is just the powder is ok" and just kept going.Every time she put my fingers back in the bowl of acetone it burned the edges of my nails where she nicked skin. She asked if I'd like to get a manicure as well
