I first met Prince, and then we started looking for a home. However, we were in touch with other state agencies nearby. Prince told me right away that you would buy a house from me (Reliance Sunbury). This was his confidence. We kept looking at different properties. Prince never got frustrated. Every time we turned down a property, he never raised an eyebrow. He always remained calm throughout our journey. At the same time, I was working with other agencies. I would really like to say that our experience with the other agencies was not very pleasant. Then, one day, we were looking at a property on the Reliance website near Diggers Rest Primary School. There, we first met Honey (Namneet) Walia. He discussed our financial situation in detail and asked us to meet again. We met him again and discussed our situation again. He also helped us by telling us what we could do (though he is not a financial advisor, but he gave us a few tips) and what we shouldn't do.
