Awesome weekend away, re-booked again in July. Plenty of room for everyone, close to the vineyards.

Great place to stay. We had the whole house booked and it was a pleasure to stay here for the weekend. Facilities are good, with enough space for 20 people. Kitchen is definitely not commercial, however, should do the job. Plenty of break out areas, and you can easy feel solitary, even with a full house!

Went here with a bunch of friends. In winter it was lovely, there was a fireplace and heaters in the rooms. I don't know how it would fare in summer though. There was no hot water on the first day, but it was fixed very promptly. It was very access friendly, with a bottom floor bedroom and an accessible toilet with handlebars and ramp etc. The kitchen was clean, there was plenty of cutlery, there was a dining/breakfast room and a large communal area with tables, couches, tv etc. There was also free wifi. There was a large lawn and a swimming pool. There were also a couple of nice walks in the area, less than 10 minutes from a lake in the bush next to an old mine and about a 10 minute drive from Cessnock shops, and walking distance from a couple of cafes. The only things would be the price point is probably a bit high for anything other than a full house, and the fly screen doors snap shut extremely violently if you aren't super careful to hold them tight until they are completely closed. My bedroom fly screen (the upstairs one next to the women's bathroom) would slam shut so violently that at one point it ripped open the back of my ankle with the flying metal edges of the door. Fortunately there was a first aid kit in the kitchen but it was still extremely unpleasant.Other than that it's good though.
