Avoid being served by Jo-Anne, especially if you’re a person with a disability. The attitude she expressed while “attending” to my enquiry was downright apathetic, disrespectful, and ableist. And when I questioned her about her attitude, she immediately became immature and hostile. How someone so rude and prejudiced can be allowed to work in a customer facing role in 2022 is beyond me.

Fiona was very helpful and efficient accepting documents. Don't know why Centrelink has 1 staff member solely asking people if they have COVID still in October 2022..why? And why waste a FTE resource and taxpayers money on such an exercise....

If you have a choice, don't physically go in there. Both the security guards overstepped their mark today. If you don't look them in the eye as you are talking to them they won't let you even ask reception to see if you are in the right place. The signs out the front are virtually nonexistent. If you are vulnerable and looking for support this is not the place to be.

All I wanna do is speak to a human and the families line doesn't even answer it just has voicemail that tells you no one is going to answer and have a good day... How about when Centrelink make a mistake they make sure the customer isn't penalised over something that isn't their fault and they can't fix because NONE of the services are working and NONE of the phones are being answered. The robots they have doing jobs that humans should be doing are infuriating and they wonder why people are so angry and mean when they finally get to speak to a human after hours days or sometimes WEEKS of trying to contact someone for HELP that can't be obtained via self service.

If I could give a minus score I would, what bright genius took Centrelink away from the centre of town so that people on the other side of town have to catch two or more busses? Try being disabled and go there.

Spent 52 minutes waiting on hold to speak to someone. Then when I finally get through the person has no idea how to help me with what was a pretty simple enquiry. Any other business that was run with the level of ineptitude that Centrelink is run with would be out of business. And they don’t care, as they have nothing to loose. They don’t need customers and it shows on every level they operate.
