I walked into the store on Sunday 30 of January at 15:00. There were a few customers in the store and 2 staff members were serving them.I proceeded to browse for about 10 minutes and picked a few things to try on. At this point none of the staff members greeted or even acknowledged my presence in the store, even though there were only 2 customers inside.I was trying on clothes for about 25 minutes, has to go in and out of the fitting room 5 or 6 times to grab different sizes. By that time I was the only customer in store and still was completely ignored by both team members. They were standing behind the counter chatting and haven't offered any assistance. I still haven't even been greeted.I selected 7 items of clothing to purchase and kept browsing the store and finally one of the staff members asked me if I wanted to try anything on. Clearly she was paying zero attention to the activities in the shop. I replied that I have been in store for almost 40 minutes and already tried everything on. She responded Ah

I felt very disgusted by Clare who served me today and she said that she is a manager.She overcharged me then did not tell me at all. When I check my bank statement , She did not want to admit her mistake and blame on the machine and kept wasting my time.I said stop arguing with me then just refund the rest of money but she kept denying her own mistake .Zero apology from her .If she is a manager, get someone to tell her not to be in that position.She was very rude and she ignored the situation rather than solving problemShe kept trying to argue with me rather than accept her mistake and apologize me.Unprofessionalism , not being honest, poor service !!!!!Never go there again.Very disappointed!

I’ve been waiting my dream bag to restock for months, finally they restock but it’s sold out everywhere in days. Looking everywhere but no luck. The oroton team told me to call the shop sometimes they have it at the shop even though said sold out on the website.I’ve called nunawading outlet, talks to Antonia. She’s such big help and friendly. Thank you Antonia and her colleague today I got my dream bag!

This is the most delightful shop in the BrandSmart centre. The ladies serving are so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. So worth a visit! Especially for Christmas shopping or an anytime pop in.

Good range of products, prices are great. Team are usually pretty helpful. Great option if you are in the market for a new handbag or wallet.

Rude staff, very condescending tone and as a customer felt very unwelcome. Never returning again and I would advise you all to do the same.

Would give zero if I could. I have just had a very negative experience with this store that meant I walked out NOT BUYING the items I had planned on. Staff there are the reason for my poor review. Don't buy there if you plan on a reasonable refund / exchange process. I bought a wallet & 3 days later, when I went to exchange, I ran into a problem. Long story short - most businesses return the original item & then re-scan newer item. That was ok & I planned on paying the $40 ish difference. However, when I planned on getting $150 sunglasses with the exchanged wallet, it would now give me the 25% discount for amounts over $250-. Even though, I was paying the full amount, the lady said that it didn't count as she processed as only the $40 difference w/ glasses. NEVER had a store not void old purchase & then process new item in full. Understand, me only having to hand over difference but technically I still paid in full for that wallet when new item was scanned. WALKED OUT without buying & won't go back ever. Lost a potential good customer actually.

Fairly average service, however I love my handbag.
