We engaged Elite Custom Homes to complete our custom build in Ocean Grove. Upon meeting with Wayne, the company owner and director, he was very professional and friendly, and took the time to clearly address all aspects of our building project. This resulted in us choosing ECH to undertake our 3 level beachside build.Maha our Construction Project Coordinator, was incredibly efficient and thorough, and kept us organised and on track with product ordering and our build timeline. Wayne always made himself available to address any issues or concerns, and as a builder in the industry for many years, his knowledge and advice was invaluable.For the duration of the build, we worked closely with Brad our onsite supervisor, who was fantastic to deal with. He ensured our build stayed on track, managed each trade, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with each stage of the project.The ability to easily communicate with Wayne and Maha in the office, or directly with Brad onsite, was a real positive for us, along with the fact that they had consistent, hard working apprentices and quality tradesmen, who worked on our project for the entire build. Overall, we had a really positive experience with the team at Elite Custom Homes, their service and quality of build was outstanding, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to engage in a new home build or renovation.Natalie & Nick

We recently moved in to our newly renovated Victorian home with a double story modern extension and roof top terrace.Choosing a builder to accomplish our unique vision and requests seemed like a challenge until we engaged with Wayne from Elite Custom homes (ECH).Brad (on-site manager) and his team renovated our original 150 year old Victorian home and built our modern extension with love and care and the result is phenomenal.From the day we engaged with them until the final inspection and after service they were professional, transparent, accomodating and always made us feel very comfortable to ask questions.Wayne has extensive knowledge on building and had an answer to all the complexities of our build. He even made many suggestions to make our home more aesthetically beautiful and comfortable. Nothing seemed to hard to build or achieve and if it was, we never felt the stresses of it. He was very honest and responsive.Their while team were lovely, responsive, professional and approachable- from their office staff to their on-site manager and builders.We were able to inspect the build during the build process which was a real testament to their open communication and honesty not to mention they always left the site incredibly clean.Some of our original ideas or plans had changed on a number of occasions due to change of mind or as a result of the building complexity however they were flexible and reasonable in the process and answered all our questions.we’re so grateful to see our vision come to life and even more grateful to have chosen ECH and their team.
