Let me start by saying that my interactions with my physio Keely have been nothing by first class. Keely is passionate and knowledgeable. Thank you Keely.My gripe is with the poor communication with the administration team.Orion Family Physiotherapy reception attempt to contact me at 4.40pm the day prior to an 8am appointment. A voicemail is left on my phone advising me that I require an updated Medical Certificate prior to attending my appointment the following day at 8am otherwise I will have to reschedule.Contacted reception 7am day of appointment and advised that this only gets checked day prior and that I will have to reschedule. Brilliant for a shift worker!!!

Reception were friendly and welcoming . Felt instant relief from the amazing “G” who did some magic with needling. Highly recommended them to everyone.

Reception staff at brookwater do not do there job had trouble from day 1 with incorrect information messing up appointments changing them to unsuit time There staff at reception can do no wrong I will not attend treatment there again .

I had dislocated my shoulder and booked in for Physio. I had no idea if it was minor or surgery level intervention. Enrique was my physio and he did a few tests and said I didn’t need scans or a GP, it was in his scope of practice to repair. I have been improving every week and feel really confident in his ability.

Enrique is an excellent Physio I highly recommend him, he has done wonders with my shoulders and also helped when I have had migraines.

The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Their well trained therapists deliver top quality treatment, delivering lasting and empowering results. Taka is fantastic! Both my hubby and twins see him, hubby for an injury, and the twins for sports massages and strength and conditioning for swimming. Kind, considerate and responsive.

I had a workplace injury and was referred to Orion Family Physio from my doctor. I saw Enrique Berrios, who did amazing work to get me back to 100% and better then before my accident. He was thorough and efficient and regularly checked progress to make sure it was working effectively.The admin ladies were kind and always happy to help.

I have just had my 1st appointment here with David. I was made to feel so comfortable, and he looked after me extremely well. He has filled me with confidence in the plan we have made. Looking forward to my journey of recovery.
