Love the place but every time when i come to work and het serviced by the worker name Osman he doesn't talk at all might as well talk to a brick wall you guys need to train staff how to communicate he also keep asking me what smokes i said i told him 4 times he needs to listen

Cheap coffee and convenient

If u have to buy servo coffee then 711 is the pick of them

Did not scan or apply my fuel discount via the 7 eleven app, although they stated it was applied (I saved 27 cents rather than around $10 which I should have saved). Always ask for a receipt as I regret not following this up out of principle.

No customer service. Staff don't even like to ask if they need an invoice or not. I don't know how much money they can save by doing this.

Staff are truly lovely and very helpful. The store is always clean, tidy and stocked. 2 dollar pie days on fridays are the best.

My low rating is only based on the fact that one particular Male staff member closes access to the store earlier every evening than any other 7/11 store I've attended. As I'm writing this review it is 11:20pm and there is a long line waiting at the night window. Also as I leave for work early in the morning this same Male staff member has access closed still at 5am. 5am is a very busy time as alot of you know. Plenty of tradesman and general workers drop in before work and on plenty of occasions you can be waiting inline at the night window for sometimes 10+ minutes as he as to collect what you want to purchase himself.From my understanding this staff member is the only one at this store that does this. It is truly inconvenient and in my opinion not needed at these particular times. I also find him unfriendly and think he lacks in general people skills"5⭐s go to every other staff member at the store. They are a fantastic bunch of people who are incredibly friendly and I'm grateful for there service!"

At the time of writing, masks are mandatory indoors, if a person is going to don a mask, do it properly and cover your nose as well, not just your chin and lips, on another note, 7/11 Griffin seems to be the first petrol station in this area to raise its fuel prices, and if the hint of a lockdown is imminent, the price goes higher faster. I'm yet to figure out how petrol goes from $134.90 at 9am, and at 10am the price is $181.90. Same petrol, 47 cents a litre more. I can't bring myself to buy fuel from this place, even if it was $1.00 a litre, I would drive elsewhere.

Each Time I've been there they seem to get slower. its like they get a few customers in the store and they panic. Then today their system breaks down and took them ages to fix it and he hands out free coffee cards to make it up?? no thanks. Happy to drive a few extra minutes down the road to Castle Hill 7-11.
