Dropped my car in for a service. Great team! Mentioned that I had other errands to run, they were able to finish it off quickly and we’re super accommodating. I also like that they offer afterpay options as that is a big factor for some people.

Hi Team,I did my car service on 21/05/2023, you forgot to update the service notice reminder for my car and didn't put a new physical reminder sticker on the top right of my windscreen. In addition, you forgot to renew my parking ticket, so I need to talk to the parking staff on my way out.. As a result, I cannot see any visible services have been done on my car! I do need some explanation to convince me to use your service in the future.Thank you very much.Update: The store manager, Jack contacted me on 08/06/2023. He apologized for the mistakes and promised me that things will be fixed with reasonable compensation.I do appreciate the follow up and I agree that we are human beings and we make mistakes. As long as we can fix them, I'm happy to still give you a five-star review.Thanks!

My car broke down and I was able to have my car towed here and the team helped me straight away. I needed a new alternator, a major service, new tyres and new break pads. I thought because I hadn't booked anything, that this would take a few days but my car was fixed and ready to pick up the following day! I'm so incredibly grateful for the friendly service and the fact I had my car back so quickly!Thank you so much everyone!I'll be back when my next service is due :)
