Bought a Ford Transit from Polcar in 2011; Sebastain was very helpful in explaining the inside and outs of the van and promised me to be there for me for any future needs. True to his words, Sebastian over the years has serviced the van for a very reasonable price, has supplied me promptly, twice, side mirrors which I accidentally damaged, plus, in an emergency provided me with an AC condenser the same day I called him for it. Thank you Polcar, thank you Sebastian!

I Organised a purchase, then flew all the way across the country to pick a van up only to find out the air-conditioner wasn't working. Should of been told about this beforehand, I wasted money on flights and accomodation. They tried to sell me a van without a/c very very dodgy.. Very disappointed.
