Booked in to organise the repair of my aircon. Had several interactions with the workers there regarding getting my aircon fixed through warranty. There were many opportunities for them to advise me they don’t want to deal with a warranty company. This was not communicated. I phoned to book my car in as the warranty was approved. I spoke with the owner who had been managing this and he was angry that he had to fill out forms and be on the phone to the warranty company. Regardless he booked me in and later called to cancel as he didn’t want to deal with warranty. Don’t go here for warranty claims, the owner won’t tell you he doesn’t do them, he will just waste your time. Don’t go here if you expect communication or customer service, because you won’t get that either. I understand not wanting to deal with warranty. I don’t understand not communicating and making your customers feel horrible.

We have been going to these mechanics for a few years now. Always had great service and reliable advice from the staff. Fair pricing and always accomodating at short notice. I trust these guys completely with our cars and would highly recommend them to anybody in need of a good honest mechanic.

Guys were super friendly and helpful, diagnosed for free and priced extremely well compared to a number of local shops. When I picked up the vehicle it was actually cheaper than what they had originally quoted.Service like this is hard to find.

Very clean shop, these guys know what they're doing. We take both our cars here and never had an issue with booking, neither servicing or repairs.

We have been having our cars serviced by Mike, Clint & the guys for over 30 years. They have diagnosed & fixed issues factory trained dealer mechanics have been stumped by in a number of occasions. Their work is absolutely first rate. You get what you pay for. These guys are the best!!!
