Superb sandwiches. I had the Egg Roll with Crispy Pastrami. It is delicious. We also had the Reuben which was also delicious.

Believe the hype!!The breakfast roll is the best thing I have had for years - I will certainly dream about it until I get it again. The coffee is also spot on and the tunes and service 10/10. Highly recommend

Tried the mushy melt from Hi-Fi… bread was delicious and crunchy and the vegan cheese is pretty decent and creamy. I thought it was missing a bit of flavor but overall, a decent toastie. A friend tried the chicken hot roll and had mixed feelings. It was loaded with mayo but chicken was yum. Recommend giving them a go!

On a random morning in Collingwood, I was told to try this place by a local. HiFi is a sandwich shop. The egg is the basic base, and then you can add your extras. I had the sausage and mushroom. Ordered fries in the side with what can only be described as a spicy BBQ sauce. Delicious! Also had a decent coffee and a healthy creaming soda!

stopped by for a hot honey fried chicken sandwich and wow it did not disappoint! it was perfectly sweet and crunchy. i also tried the cherry cold brew and was so so so impressed. incredibly refreshing, delicious, and a gorgeous rosy colour! i am looking forward to having another soon!definitely recommend if you're having a takeaway lunch, but they also have some benches outside if you're not taking away.

Heard many good things about this spot so thought we would give it a shot. The fresh chicken sando was good but $16 is pretty steep. The fish sando was very very good too!

Continuing on our quest to find the best sandwiches/rolls in Melbourne, we stopped by Hi Fi Collingwood.We ordered their fried chicken and fish ‘hot rolls’ (available from 11am).The fried chicken roll had a juicy piece of crispy and well cooked chicken paired with crunchy coleslaw. It was decent, but we felt that the texture and bitterness of the coleslaw distracted from the chicken.On the other hand, the fish roll was our preferred choice, with crispy battered fish, lettuce and a flavoursome pickle tartare sauce.Overall, quite decent and worth a try if you’re in the area.⭐️Our rating: 8/10

I ordered the egg roll with mushroom. It was really delicious and I was really enjoying it until I came across a piece on cling wrap in my mouth from the roll. It was quite a large piece so I'm just glad it wasn't a child who could have potentially choked on this.This being said, the food was actually quite yummy, just disappointed that this happened as it turned me off the rest of the roll.

Delicious! Ordered the mushroom vegan toastie and was absolutely wanting more after devouring it! Their choice of mushroom, vegan cheese and buttered toasted bread was soft, not too cheesy, and great balance of flavour and texture! I’m not vegan but I’d totally go back for it! :DOnly con is: Came around 2pm on a Saturday and the wait time can go around 10-15 minutes, but goes to show how popular the place is for positive reasons!
