You need to work on your phone manners- I rang shortly after sending you an email to further explain my enquiry. You take offence that I’m ringing shortly after emailing, assuming I’m rushing you. Your comment was “this is a workshop, we don’t hang around computers all day”- something you said before finding out WHY I was ringing. Can I suggest you assume people mean well and that they’re not an expert in your field? Don’t assume I know what can and can’t be fixed. Don’t assume I know your office setup.

I have been chasing some troubles with my rims suspecting they were buckled after numerous pot hole hits. Took my car to Precision and was served by Dave who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He got the rims straight off and proved pretty quickly both were buckled and needed repairing. These guys really know their stuff and would highly recommend them! Thanks!

I had some BMW wheels restored and painted in Shadow Chrome which is a very labour intensive process and something that takes a lot of skill to get right. The guys at Precision Wheels exceeded all expectations. They’re friendly and masters of their art. Highly recommended.

The guys at Precision Wheels assisted me with my 2006 Lamborghini Gallardo (gutter rash on passenger rear wheel). They responded quickly to my enquiry, inspected my vehicle the same day, and it was all repaired and back in my possession 2 days later. The repair was flawless, the guys were very helpful but more importantly - they cared. They explained the process to me, gave me a lift home when I dropped the car off, and they covered it over with thin plastic sheeting to protect the paint while it was in the workshop. I feel they went above and beyond to assist which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended, Very happy with the service I received 10/10.
